Our workshops, services, and resources are not marketed to, available to, or intended for any person who could bring a claim in a United States or Canadian court.

 

1. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Restrictions

 

By accessing this Site or booking a Service through it, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age (or 16–17 with written parental consent, at our discretion);

  • Are not physically located in the United States or Canada at the time of booking or receiving services;

  • Understand and agree that we do not offer our workshops, services, or resources to any person who may bring a claim in a United States or Canadian court, including but not limited to:

    • Citizens, permanent residents, or visa holders of the United States or Canada whose claim would fall under US or Canadian jurisdiction;

    • Any person whose participation could subject us to the laws or courts of the United States or Canada.

Any booking made in breach of this clause will be cancelled, and any payment received will be refunded, less applicable transaction fees.

 

2. Use of the Site

 

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party.
You must not:

  • Commit or encourage any unlawful act;

We will cancel any purchase or booking made in breach of the jurisdictional restrictions in Clause 1, and any payment received will be refunded, less applicable transaction fees.

 

5. No Unauthorised Recordings or Sharing

 

You must not record, photograph, screenshot, or otherwise capture any content from this Site or any related online events or sessions without our prior written consent. You must not distribute, publish, or share any part of our workshops, one-on-one sessions, or resources without permission.

Information on this Site is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, or mental health advice. While our one-on-one sessions are therapeutic services provided by a qualified and registered social worker, information provided on the Site does not replace personalised professional advice.
