Our workshops, services, and resources are not marketed to, available to, or intended for any person who could bring a claim in a United States or Canadian court.

Any booking made in breach of this clause will be cancelled, and any payment received will be refunded, less applicable transaction fees.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party.

We will cancel any purchase or booking made in breach of the jurisdictional restrictions in Clause 1, and any payment received will be refunded, less applicable transaction fees.

You must not record, photograph, screenshot, or otherwise capture any content from this Site or any related online events or sessions without our prior written consent. You must not distribute, publish, or share any part of our workshops, one-on-one sessions, or resources without permission.
6. No Professional Advice (Website Content)
Information on this Site is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, or mental health advice. While our one-on-one sessions are therapeutic services provided by a qualified and registered social worker, information provided on the Site does not replace personalised professional advice.
